Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Standards
Effective Date: March 1, 2026
Version: 1.0
HUM has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We prohibit child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualization of minors, trafficking, sextortion, and any attempt to exploit or endanger a child on or through our service.
1. Zero Tolerance
- Any account that shares, requests, promotes, stores, or distributes CSAM will be permanently banned.
- Any account used to groom, lure, coerce, extort, or sexually exploit a minor will be permanently banned.
- We report apparent CSAM and other actionable child exploitation content to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and, where appropriate, law enforcement.
2. Prohibited Conduct
- Uploading, sending, saving, or linking to CSAM or exploitative sexual content involving minors
- Grooming behavior, including attempts to build trust with a minor for sexual exploitation
- Requests for sexual images or sexual conversations involving minors
- Sextortion, blackmail, coercion, or threats targeting minors
- Trafficking, recruitment, or facilitation of child sexual exploitation
- Any sexualized comment, roleplay, or solicitation involving a minor or a person presented as a minor
3. Age Restrictions
- HUM is not intended for children under 13.
- Users must confirm they are at least 13 years old during account creation.
- If we learn that a user is under the minimum age or has misrepresented their age, we may disable or terminate the account.
4. Reporting CSAE
- Users can report a profile or content directly in the app using the Report flow.
- Users may also report urgent child safety concerns by emailing chris.app.dev.contact@gmail.com.
- We prioritize reports involving potential child endangerment for expedited review.
- The reported user is not notified about who submitted a report.
5. Detection and Prevention
- We investigate user reports and account behavior for violations of these standards.
- We remove violating content and restrict or terminate offending accounts.
- We preserve relevant records as needed to support safety review, legal compliance, and required reporting.
- We may update our moderation controls and internal procedures as abuse patterns evolve.
6. Moderation and Escalation
- Potential CSAE matters are escalated for priority human review.
- Confirmed or apparent CSAM results in immediate removal and permanent account termination.
- Where required or appropriate, HUM submits reports to NCMEC and cooperates with lawful requests from authorities.
