getHum Account Deletion

getHum allows users to request deletion of their account and associated data from within the app.

How to Delete Your getHum Account

1. Open the getHum app.
2. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
3. Open Settings.
4. Open Account.
5. Tap Delete Account.
6. Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.

What Happens When You Request Deletion

• Your getHum account is scheduled for deletion.
• Your profile, connections, and settings are removed as part of the deletion workflow.
• Ephemeral content in getHum already expires automatically based on product rules.
• Stored avatar media and account authentication records are removed during the deletion process.

Deletion Timing

• Standard deletion includes a 30-day grace period before permanent removal.
• If immediate deletion is confirmed where available, data is deleted within 24 hours of confirmation.
